All League Meet Final Details

Tomorrow is the All League Meet. Everyone knows by now it will start at 12:00 noon sharp. First up is Varsity running events and JV field events.

The track opens at 10:00 am. Athletes should be there not later than 11:00 am unless they are Varsity field only or JV running only, then report by 2:00 pm at the latest (earlier is better).

First call for Varsity running and JV field events will be at 11:35 am.

For track events, athletes check in at the Check In Tent, which will be on the far end of the infield. For field events, check in at your event.

As mentioned previously, we need two volunteers to be finish line helpers, no track knowledge required. It's simply the people that organize the kids on the track and make sure they stay in their lanes etc. Trinity has an electronic scoring system so there are no "spotters" required, the system knows who finished first. Volunteering for this means you have the best seat in the house.....I need one for Varsity 11:30 to about 3, and other for JV, from about 2:30 to about 6:00.

Volunteers please see me or Pete when you arrive. We need our first volunteer in place by 11:30 am.
