Hi again everyone, many of you could not make it to the end of season event on Tuesday. I have all the 8th Grade recognition packages and the remaining medals from the All League Meet. For the non-8th graders, I will deliver them to school Monday in envelopes, so you can pick them up then.
For the 8th graders, you will have to pick up your recognition gift and medals at my house, or I could drop them off at school Monday. Please email me with your preference.

Location for Tonite
Ok, we just confirmed that our location for tonite will be the St. Theresa Parish Little Flower Social Hall, at the Parish Center. So if it rains or thunders, it won't matter, we will be inside....
Of course that means no parent vs. student races, sorry.
So see you at the Social Hall at the Parish Center at 6:00 pm tonite. We will be done by 7:00 pm at the latest.

End of Season Event
Well, here we are again, with rain and thunderstorms forecast for this evening. We will hold it tonite for sure, but not sure where yet. We are looking into some indoor venues, check back later for an update on this.

Postponed
Sorry, posted this earlier but due to PC problems and having too much to do, it didn't show up.
We postponed tonite due to the rain (earlier) and the threat of thunderstorms.
New date is Tuesday, May 27, 6:00 pm, at Trinity. Rain date is Thursday, May 29.

End of Season Recognition
We will have the end of season event tonite as we previously announced.
There is some chance of rain, but since this weekend is Memorial day weekend, we will hold it rain or shine. If it rains, we will move to the overhang area in front of the gym.
Both parents and student should attend.

Note that things are still a bit up in the air with the All League Meet; we still don't have accurate data from the meet so don't know exactly who broke any school records. Some medals had to be returned to fix errors, so it's likely we won't have any more medals or information tonite. We can't influence that effort, so we will just have to wait.
We will start tonite at 6:00, at the bleachers on the track. We should be done by 7:00. (I mentioned earlier about possibly pizza etc., but the size of the group is a bit large for that, so we won't be providing it, sorry.)

All League Meet - We Made It!
Well thanks to everyone for hanging in there on a very nasty day, at least for the first few hours. By the middle of the meet, it turned out to be a beautiful day.
We don't have the results yet due to some computer issues, and probably won't until tomorrow or Tuesday. We will announce all the results at our end of season get together on Wednesday. Many of you did not get your medals, we have those and will distribute them then.
Again, we are meeting for a final time this season, on Wednesday, May 21, at 6:00 at Trinity, weather permitting. Rain date would be Thursday.

The tents are set up, look for our usual green and blue tents side by side, on your right at the rear corner of the school building. There will be no parking in the back, just in the main lot.
Make sure you bring a sweatshirt (with hood). I do have a few St. Theresa Track and Field sweatshirts left.
